Come and join us for a Northern Ohio Chapter special presentation on Marijuana in the Workplace.  Attorneys Thomas G. Haren and Christina Niro from Frantz Ward LLP and Andy Lembach, HR consultant with EmPowerHR, will address the growing concerns and offer advice to the potential issues employers will face regarding marijuana in the workplace, including workers compensation rebuttable presumptions, practical pointers for workplace investigations, and conflict between federal and state laws.  They will also review the differences between hemp, marijuana, CBD, THC, and why it matters!
