Join the PMPA’s Northern Ohio Chapter as we welcome Dave Karpinski, President of LeedCo, the non-profit corporation developing the Icebreaker Wind demonstration project eight miles off of the Lake Erie shoreline. Dave will provide updates on the project, the structure of the organization and the state of sourcing the supply chain for development and construction of the wind turbines.
