Doug Coster, President of Nolte Precise Manufacturing, Cincinnati, OH, and PMPA’s 1st Vice President, begins his PMPA tour of duty sharing with members the history and evolution of Nolte Precise Manufacturing – operating since 1916. Doug is now the fourth generation family member to lead this company and he shares what makes “succession planning” work.

Bernie Nagle, new PMPA Executive Director, will share his vision of “Precision with Purpose” for PMPA and will provide the latest information on industry trends and key association programs and services in the works. Come join us for the first meeting of the year – to welcome our new Executive Director and meet Doug Coster.
