Join us for a two-part presentation on Tooling/Coatings/ISO and Rotary Broaching. Representatives from Tru-Edge Grinding will discuss:
- Edge Prep on Tooling (Tim Knapke)
- Coatings (Frank Seger)
- ISO Update (Brian Hackman)
Rob Somma, Somma Tool Company, will present an overview on the processes, materials and coatings involved in creating a broached feature. He will also provide direction on how to set up a broach and identify some tips for troubleshooting. And, there will be a live, on-machine demonstration of broaching an internal hex form.
There will be a plant tour of Clippard Instrument Laboratory following dinner.
