PMPA Welcomes Sterling E. Gill, III as New Workforce Development Manager

Executive Director, Bernie Nagle is shown below welcoming Sterling Gill to PMPA headquarters as PMPA’s new Workforce Development Manager.  This timely and significant hire acknowledges and directly addresses the number one challenge voiced by an overwhelming majority of our members:  finding, hiring, training and engaging productive, long-term employees.  Bernie put it this way, “Sterling’s arrival at PMPA underscores our laser focus on creation of value for our members, in strategic alignment with PMPA’s core purpose – “Helping Our Members Adapt & Thrive”.”

Mr. Gill comes to PMPA with over 20 years’ experience in creation of professional development workshops, youth and community outreach, conference management, training software, talent development and coaching. Mr. Gill has also received training and has specific experience in Grant Writing and project funding.  Sterling arrives at PMPA with a BS in Education and a Master of Arts Degree in Adult Training & Education. He also holds a number of training related certifications. Over the years he has held titles such as:  Director of Training & Development and Senior Training Manager.

Sterling will report directly to Miles Free and he will be located at the PMPA headquarters in Brecksville, OH.  Please join all of us in Brecksville as we welcome Sterling and congratulate him on his new position.
